Day Shift (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) / Behavioral Health Technician to provide comprehensive care and treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. This role involves delivering individual and group counseling, psychoeducational sessions, and treatment planning , while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in addiction treatment, clinical documentation, and patient engagement , with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Counseling Conduct individual counseling sessions for patients with substance use disorders Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational lectures Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized treatment plans Monitor and evaluate patient progress and treatment outcomes Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (e.g., Meditech) Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies Document all counseling activities, treatment updates, and patient progress Team Collaboration Work closely with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team Communicate patient progress, concerns, and care recommendations Participate in treatment planning meetings and care coordination activities Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of addiction treatment experience Experience working in a multidisciplinary behavioral health setting Education Two-year degree or equivalent experience - required Bachelor's or Master's Degree - preferredLicensure Requirements Required:
Active Washington State SUDP License Accepted Alternative:
