REQUIRED

(Please do not apply if you do not have this certification) A high school graduate or have a GED or previous work experience Have a desire to work with the elderly in an environment that upholds their privacy, dignity, choice, independence, and individuality Previous Med Tech and Caregiving Experience a MUST Have the ability to recognize and address problems promptly and appropriately Possess appropriate communication skills to foster and maintain positive relations with residents, families, physicians, state officials, Company staff, and outside healthcare agencies Able and willing to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of the job Good character and a continuing reputation of personal integrity Desire to deliver exceptional customer service that
