What You'll Do As an active member of the treatment team, you will: Provide direct patient care, supervision, and support in a therapeutic environment Build rapport with patients and assist with daily living activities and emotional support Support patients during crisis situations using de-escalation techniques Lead or assist with group sessions and one-on-one therapeutic interactions Reinforce evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ERP techniques Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and safety Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients and visitors Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient orientation Transport patients as needed for appointments or activities
Additional Job Description:
