Provides appropriate patient care in accordance with the applicable nursing practice as defined by the Arizona State Board of Nursing, established protocols, policies, and procedures of SJHMC and other regulatory guidelines to ensure patient safety Provides direct patient care as a certified nurse midwife Management of low risk Antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patient within the guidelines of established protocols Practices within CNM scope of practice and established guidelines Communicates in a clear concise manner utilizing professional communication methods to solve problems and handle conflict Participates in the clinic leadership team to address all issues related to APN function as well as participates with peers and supervising physician in updating midwifery protocols, policies and procedures annually Job Requirements Required Masters Of Nursing New Grads may be considered for employment after certification and licensures are obtained. , upon hire andRegistered Nurse:
