We are seeking to add one midwife to our exceptional team! As part of our close-knit group of 3-4 midwives, you will enjoy a supportive and loving environment practicing out of stunning Colorado Springs, CO. Our midwives travel within a 90-minute radius for births and provide home visits for 36 weeks and 1 day postpartum only. We support an average of 15-20 births a month. As the only CNM-owned home birth practice in Southern Colorado, we offer full scope midwifery services and enjoy licensure coverage, malpractice coverage, CEU support, an IRA and a business vehicle. Act, and a supportive work environment. The schedule is really comfortable for a "full time" midwifery job, ensuring a healthy work/life balance! Once training is completed, and based on whether we have a 3 or 4 midwife team, our midwives typically work 2-3 half clinic days a week and 1-2 24-hour call shifts a week and one weekend of call every 3-4 weeks on average. With over 1500 babies welcomed since our inception 10 years ago, we have established a strong reputation as an ACNM Benchmarking award-winning practice!
