EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program-Certificate, Masters or Doctoral ProgramEXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited Certified Nurse Midwife Program.LICENSURE
Certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board Connecticut State Licensed Nurse Midwife license, Connecticut State Registered Nurse LicenseBLS/NRP certifiedDEA license, State of Connecticut Controlled Substance LicenseComplete Electronic Fetal Monitoring course every 2 yearsSPECIAL SKILLS
