Job Description:

Certified Nurse Midwife provides full spectrum women's health care in a clinic setting including prenatal care, post-partum visits, family planning and office gynecology services Clinic time split between Owatonna and Faribault Women's Health clinics Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive OB/Gyn and collaborative primary care physicians Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute. Professional Liability insurance including tail Clinic Only Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing Formal education as Nurse practitioner Licenses/Certifications Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire Certified Nurse Midwife - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire) Preferred Qualifications 1 year of Certified Nurse Midwife experience Master's degree In nursing or related field Physical Demands Medium Work•: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (•Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently

Pay Range Pay Range:

$130,000 to $145,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
