Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a mission driven reproductive healthcare organization to hire experienced Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Certified Nurse Midwives for a float role across the St Louis metro area. Why Clinicians Apply $105,000 to $135,000 salary based on experience No call no overnight shifts Outpatient only no inpatient or hospital responsibilities Flexible schedule including 32 hour work weeks Predictable clinic hours with limited weekends Mileage reimbursement between clinic locations Strong benefits with employer covering about 85 percent of premiums Opportunity for mentorship and leadership growth Established organization with consistent patient volume What You Will Do Provide comprehensive women's health and reproductive care Perform patient assessments exams and treatment planning Support coverage across multiple clinic locations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver patient centered care in a collaborative environment Mentor and support newer clinicians when needed What the Schedule Looks Like Clinic hours typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM One late shift per week around 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM 1 to 2 Saturdays per month typically 1 No call or overnight requirements Practice Coverage Area Multiple clinic locations within approximately a 30 mile radius of St Louis This role may rotate between sites or be temporarily assigned to a primary location based on coverage needs.
