Role:
We're looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide full-scope midwifery care, including obstetric, gynecologic, and newborn services. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care in both clinical and hospital settings Support and manage labor and delivery with a focus on low-intervention birth when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for patients throughout their reproductive journey
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in the state of Nebraska 3-7 years of experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Flexible, adaptable, and organized
