- Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care for patients.
- Participate in clinic-based care with integrated delivery coverage based on individual comfort level.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to co-manage patient care.
- Support a high-volume practice environment with approximately 600-650 deliveries annually.
- Contribute to patient care using EPIC EMR, including documentation and workflow management.
- Utilize telehealth tools, including video visits and remote patient monitoring (e.g., glucose and blood pressure).
- Participate in weekly grand rounds and ongoing clinical education initiatives.
- Support mentorship and training of new graduates and less experienced staff.
- Assist with team development efforts, including hiring and onboarding support as needed.
- Promote patient safety in coordination with perinatal safety leadership.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning through structured training programs and professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), active NY license. 5-8 years of midwifery experience strongly preferred. Comfort with a broad, full-scope clinical practice. Interest in mentorship, leadership development, and team collaboration. Academically inclined; values evidence-based care and teaching culture.Disclosure:
