Provide inpatient nurse-midwifery care, including rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, with night coverage when the Nocturnist is off. Join a large, collaborative team of 17 experienced providers delivering an average of 250 births per month at a high-volume community hospital. Work closely with an integrated OB/GYN care team to deliver comprehensive, team-based women's health services. Participate actively in patient education, prenatal and postpartum visits, labor management, and shared decision-making.
