Job Description

Are you an experienced Certified Nurse-Midwife seeking more than just a position -one where you can help build and shape a thriving midwifery practice? Texas Health Medical Associates (THMA) invites you to join a growing team of midwives developing an independent, midwifery-led practice supported by collaborative physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. In less than one year, the Mansfield community has enthusiastically embraced midwifery-led care, as reflected by a rapidly growing patient base and increasing birth volumes. As this practice continues to expand, we are seeking experienced CNMs who are excited not only to provide exceptional care, but also to actively contribute to developing and strengthening the midwifery model within a large health system. This is a unique opportunity to join a program in growth mode-with the vision of expanding to 5 full-time CNMs to provide 24/7 midwife coverage while supporting an equitable and sustainable work-life balance.
