Qualifications and Experience:

Experience as a School Therapist or ABA Therapist in an educational setting Relevant licensure or certification to practice in Arizona Familiarity with therapeutic interventions and programs in school environments Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various student needs Comfortable supporting 2-3 different school sites during the assignment Capacity for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver in-person therapy sessions tailored to student goals and educational plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to reinforce positive behavioral support systems Monitor and document progress, making adjustments as necessary to maximize student success Serve as a resource for staff and caregivers regarding therapeutic best practices Engage in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as required Support transitions between sites and maintain continuity of care
