We understand that sustainable work means flexibility and respect for how you work best.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You probably: ✓ Love variety and building things that don't exist yet ✓ Want your work to •mean something• in people's lives ✓ Are curious, motivated, and see possibilities others might miss ✓ Value strong clinical work and genuine professional growth ✓ Treat mistakes as information, not failure ✓ Bring authenticity, humor, and a collaborative spirit ✓ Are excited about what music therapy can actually do You might be early in your career, neurodivergent, unconventional, or coming from a non-traditional path. We don't care. We care that you're thoughtful, hungry to learn, and genuinely want to make a difference.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✓ Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) or eligible to obtain certification ✓ Strong musicianship ✓ Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan ✓ Collaborative spirit (seriously, it matters here) New professionals welcome.
