Position Summary We're hiring a Board-Certified Music Therapist to provide in-home and community-based therapy services. This position allows for autonomy in your schedule while offering strong support from a collaborative and experienced team. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate 1:1 and group music therapy sessions Document progress, maintain service records, and complete required reports Collaborate with families, care teams, and interdisciplinary professionals Travel between clients' homes and community locations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy (required) Current Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential (required) Experience or training with developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and auto insurance ($50,000/$100,000 minimum coverage) Ability to work independently and manage your caseload and schedule Ability to physically support clients as needed (lifting, transferring, etc.) Benefits Flexible scheduling Health, vision, dental, and life insurance options Paid time off and holidays (full-time staff) Floating holiday and 2 personal/sick days per year (full-time staff) 401K with company match Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time Annual stipend for therapy supplies and instruments Annual stipend for CEUs and conference registration Ongoing mentoring and supervision Employee Assistance Program Work Where Every Day Matters At Meaningful Day Services, you'll be part of a team that leads with heart.
