About Us Empower Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a growing, inclusive, and patient-centered clinic in Chapel Hill, NC. We specialize in pelvic health across the lifespan and are passionate about providing compassionate care that makes a lasting impact. Our supportive, collaborative team environment is designed to help clinicians grow, develop expertise, and enjoy meaningful work with a consistent caseload. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist (PTA's considered as well) with a strong interest in pelvic health. This role is full time (up to 40 hours/week). You will provide one-on-one, 45-minute patient sessions, supported by mentorship and a strong referral base. Ideally seeking a pelvic PT or OT, but open to an orthopedic PT with interest in pelvic floor therapy or a PTA with some pelvic health experience. Role Description The Physical/Occupational Therapist will: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor-related conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide patient education and track progress Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Contribute to clinic growth through occasional community education, workshops, or content development Qualifications Strong manual therapy and orthopedic assessment skills (hip and pelvic floor focus) Knowledge and experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation across diverse populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills Current NC Physical Therapy licensure and CPR certification Passion for patient-centered care and professional growth (mentorship available if new to pelvic health) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate with performance-based bonus opportunities Professional liability insurance provided Continuing education reimbursement PTO Health Insurance Stipend Growth Opportunities Consistent referral base with steady caseloads Dedicated admin support to manage scheduling and cancellations Opportunities to lead programs, develop educational content, and engage in community outreach as the practice grows Why Join Empower?
