Job Description

Certified Music Therapist Needed Competitive Weekly Pay Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Certified Music Therapist to join our team. The Music Therapist will provide therapeutic music services to students, helping support their educational, social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct music therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group music therapy sessions. Support students in achieving educational, communication, social, emotional, and behavioral goals. Document progress and maintain accurate records. Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as required. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families. Adapt interventions to meet each student's unique needs and abilities. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and professional standards. Prepare progress reports and recommendations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Music Therapy. Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
