Our Diverse Clientele:

At Every Voice Music Services, we proudly serve a wide range of populations, including children and adults with disabilities on the Medicaid Waiver and various community groups. Every Voice primarily serves clients between 0-30 years old, and is always working to expand their reach to new populations in the community.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated and Board-Certified Music Therapist, certified by CBMT. Non-certified candidates (interns) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must complete their examination within three months of start date, with a 3-month probationary period. 1+ year experience in pediatric private practice, disability work, and/or childhood mental health is highly preferred. Professional or pre-professional work with children is required for this position. Starting pay is determined based on relevant practicum, internship, and employment experience.

Job Responsibilities:

As a music therapist at Every Voice Music Services, your responsibilities will include facilitating 1:1, small group, and community outreach groups. The majority of your work will focus on work 1:1 clients on the CLTS Medicaid Waiver addressing a wide variety of domains through improvisatory and structured music therapy interventions. Timely documentation of sessions, collaboration within a team of music therapists, and participation in team meetings as required are essential aspects of this role. This position will serve clients between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm during this school year, with the opportunity for a shift in hours in summer dependent upon client availability. Every Voice employees enjoy long weekends in the summer, closing at 3:00 pm on Fridays. This position also allows for one morning off per week during the school year after first three months of employment. This position requires travel to in-home clients, serving approximately 70% of clients in-home and 30% of clients in the clinic, in addition to scheduled in-office time to collaborate, complete documentation, and prep for sessions.
