Shift:
Day Shift Schedule:
Option 1: Friday-Monday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM l 40 hrs Option 2: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM I 36 hrs
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven Electroencephalography (EEG) experience Patient preparation and electrode application Patient history documentation Neurodiagnostic procedure experience Artifact recognition and elimination Equipment setup and maintenance
Preferred Skills & Experience:
2+ years Neurodiagnostic Technician experience Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing (NCV/EMG)
Long-Term Monitoring Evoked Potentials Autonomics Magnetoencephalography Education:
High School Diploma or GED required Accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program preferred
Required Certifications & Licensure:
AHA BLS required
Preferred Certifications:
ABRET EEG
Certification Registered
EMG/NCV CLTM CAP
Registered Evoked Potential Technologist Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, performs EEG and neurodiagnostic procedures in laboratory, bedside, and critical care settings for patients of all ages. Assists with patient scheduling, charge capture, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
Duties:
Perform EEG and neurodiagnostic studies Apply electrodes using International 10-20 System Prepare patients and document patient history Assist with long-term EEG/EMU monitoring Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues Support scheduling and charge documentation Float to other sites as needed #
