Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:
Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program Valid ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required State licensure (if applicable) Previous experience in a clinical imaging environment preferred Proficient in nuclear medicine equipment operation, including SPECT and PET imaging systems Strong understanding of radiation safety and sterile procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring compliance with physician orders and safety regulations Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes Calibrate and maintain nuclear imaging equipment according to quality standards Accurately acquire patient images and assist in interpreting study results Document procedures and maintain patient records following regulatory guidelines Provide patient education prior to, during, and after procedures to ensure comfort and understanding Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
