Key Skills & Requirements:
Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT or NMTCB) Valid state licensure to practice Nuclear Medicine in California (or eligibility) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting Proficiency with relevant imaging techniques, radiopharmaceutical preparation, and patient care protocols Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to thrive in new environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following facility and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to interpret imaging needs and results Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all quality assurance standards Contribute expertise to optimize department workflow and enhance patient experience
