Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Travel Set in the vibrant community of Lamont, CA, this travel assignment offers you the perfect blend of professional challenge and Central California adventure. Schedule/Hours:
8-hour day shifts Rotating after-hours weekday call (starting after 4:30pm) Rotating weekend call and on-call holiday coverage No block scheduling
Key Qualifications:
Valid BLS certification Current CA NMTL (Nuclear Medicine Technologist License) Minimum of 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience Proficiency with Radnet and Merge Unity PACS Able to work in a department with 1 scanner/room, averaging 5-10 studies daily Flexibility to float approximately 6.5 miles to a nearby location if needed
Responsibilities:
Perform cardiac, SPECT, bone, bleed, and gastric emptying studies Operate GE imaging equipment under direction of the Lead Tech Collaborate closely with in-house radiologists Adhere to facility protocols and dress code (teal scrubs provided) No IV starts required
