We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostic imaging services. We are looking for immediate placement for multiple Outpatient facilities to perform general Nuclear Medicine as well as PET cardiac imaging.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as directed by the physician Operate SPECT and PET imaging equipment to capture images of targeted areas. Position patients accurately and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal image quality Maintain patient records, documenting procedures, doses administered, and other relevant information Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to minimize radiation exposure to patients, staff and yourself Provide compassionate patient care, addressing patient concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field. Active certification from the NMTCB or ARRT State licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Strong understanding of nuclear medicine procedures, radiopharmaceuticals, and imaging equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and physicians. Detail-oriented approach and ability to follow protocols accurately. Flexibility to work across multiple outpatient centers within Orange County, adapting to varying schedules and patient volumes Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing exceptional patient experiences and accurate diagnostic imaging services.
