$1,000 per year for continuing education; and 16 hours paid time off to be used for attending online or in person

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The Nuclear Med Technologist operates and executes Nuclear Med procedures with expert knowledge of the capability of each Nuclear Med unit and the ability to perform any and all Nuclear Med procedures expertly. This includes skills in operating and performing various tasks in preparing, executing, and completing procedures within their Nuclear Med environment. This would include proper order review, basic and advanced Nuclear Med skills, knowledge of radioactive materials handling/safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient care. Performs all Nuclear Medicine exams at the Diagnostic Center including PET/CT and Cardiac Nuclear Medicine exams.
