This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist ready to deliver precise imaging studies and contribute to a collaborative medical team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders. Operate imaging equipment, ensuring accurate image acquisition and quality control checks. Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines. Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients throughout imaging processes. Document procedures, patient information, and imaging results accurately within electronic health records. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of imaging suites and equipment.
Desired Qualifications:
Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT or NMTCB). Valid state license to practice Nuclear Medicine Technology. Demonstrated experience in imaging within a fast-paced hospital or healthcare facility. Knowledge of up-to-date radiation safety and compliance standards. Excellent interpersonal skills to support communication with patients and healthcare professionals. Attention to detail and the ability to follow documented protocols precisely.
