Current State of Florida Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance License. Current CNMTB or ARRT certification. Current

ACLS/BLS.

Applicants should have 3-4 yrs of experience in Nuclear Medicine with a minimum of 2yrs in Nuclear Cardiology. Must be proficient in starting intravenous injection sites. Knowledgeable in State of Florida Regulatory Requirements and State of Florida Department Health Bureau of Radiation control Licensing. Perform daily quality control and safety procedures and maintain accurate records. Participation in ALARA programs, following appropriate protocols. Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to protocols. Knowledge in ACR accreditation, regulations, requirements and updates. Experience with Biodose Hot Lab Computer System and maintain ALL records as required by the State of Florida. Experience with Philips CardioMD IV Camera System and Philips IntelliSpace Portal System (preferred but not required). Perform all required quality control procedures. Acquire Nuclear Cardiology Imaging. Produce computer generated patient images and process cardiac function studies for interpretation by Cardiologist. Troubleshoot when necessary. All other duties as assigned. Pay determined by experience.
