Travel assignment schedule will vary depending on facility needs
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification Current state license (or eligibility) Minimum of 1 year experience in Nuclear Medicine Imaging Strong knowledge of nuclear imaging procedures, radiation safety, and equipment Excellent communication and patient care skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures and administer radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines and provide clear instructions to patients Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff Accurately document patient information and maintain imaging records Troubleshoot imaging equipment and report technical issues as needed Support a team culture that prioritizes compassionate care
