Serving as a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist in this region offers a rich opportunity to immerse yourself in diverse work environments, gain exposure to varied leadership styles, and collaborate with professionals committed to cutting-edge patient care. This float position will have you supporting imaging services across multiple facilities, broadening your expertise and strengthening your resume with new experiences and workplace challenges. Schedule:
Potential for either 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts (final schedule discussed with manager) 13-week assignment Immediate start available
Qualifications:
ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability and flexibility to float to facilities in Macon, Milledgeville, and Greensboro BLS certification Attention to detail, safety, and compassionate patient care
Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance Accurately process and report imaging results Adapt to varying workflows and team dynamics at each facility
