Working here as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist offers more than just a fulfilling work environment—it's an opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise across multiple locations, including Macon, Milledgeville, and Greensboro. Whether you work four ten-hour shifts or five eight-hour shifts, your schedule will be arranged in coordination with the department manager to best fit your needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid credentials as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med Tech). Certification from ARRT(N) or NMTCB preferred. Previous experience in nuclear imaging and related technology. Adaptability to work across different locations and integrate with various clinical teams. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to start promptly is highly desired. Compliance with all local and state licensure and health requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality nuclear imaging studies as ordered by physicians. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot nuclear medicine equipment. Safely administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure patient comfort. Document procedures and patient information with attention to detail. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across several facilities.
