Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced professional with expertise in Imaging - Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Medicine Technology. This contract position offers a stable weekday schedule in a leading healthcare environment, making it ideal for those seeking consistency and professional growth.
Schedule:
8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm On-call responsibilities Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until 6:00pm No weekend rotation Holiday coverage required if a holiday falls on your shift
Qualifications:
Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited institution required Valid ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Previous experience in a nuclear medicine clinical setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images for interpretation Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality assurance protocols Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals Remain compliant with all regulatory guidelines for nuclear medicine Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
