Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality patient care in nuclear medicine imaging. This contract position is ideal for someone skilled in Nuclear Medicine technology and committed to delivering detailed diagnostic images in a collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Every other weekend rotation required
Key Qualifications:
Certification and experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Proficiency in performing a wide range of imaging studies in nuclear medicine Active BLS certification Thorough understanding of current imaging equipment and safety protocols Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures according to established guidelines Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging Operate imaging equipment efficiently to produce high-quality images Assess and monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures Accurately document imaging results and maintain proper records Ensure all safety regulations and infection control policies are followed Communicate effectively with care teams to ensure coordinated patient care This opportunity offers consistent weekday hours with a routine schedule and a supportive, well-organized work environment.
