Full Job Description Position:
Nuclear Med Tech Compensation:
$34.60-$53.84 The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles. Part Time, no benefits-Per Diem Coverage/PRN Schedule:
Per diem PTO coverage for Full-Time Staff (as needed). Department operates Monday-Friday 7A-3:30P. Full or partial shifts coverage pre-planned. Occasional same day coverage opportunities (if/as available) can include early evening support 3P-6P. Performs routine and specialized nuclear medicine exams including PET, SPECT, and planar imaging according to established protocols Prepares, handles, and administers radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety regulations and facility protocols Accurately documents procedures, radiopharmaceutical doses, and patient data in EMR and imaging systems Performs daily quality assurance checks on nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment. Collaborates with radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, nurses, and other technologists to ensure timely and effective patient care.General Job requirements:
