Day Shift (07:00 - 15:30) | 5x8Hours Schedule:
40 hours per week | Weeknight and weekend call requiredJob Summary:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a 3-room unit handling inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department cases, ensuring safe and accurate diagnostic imaging.Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging including bone scans, thyroid studies, lung scans, and liver/spleen scans Conduct nuclear cardiology procedures including myocardial imaging with stress testing Manage daily patient caseload across multiple age groups Perform IV starts and administer radiopharmaceuticals Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive materials Follow isolation precautions and PPE protocols Perform venous blood draws and maintain IV access Work with inpatient, outpatient, and ER casesRequirements:
Minimum 2 years Nuclear Medicine experience required Community hospital experience required NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required Active BLS (AHA) certification required IV start experience required PACS experience required Cerner and Siemens experience preferred Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols Ability to handle 13-15 patients per day First-time travelers acceptedContact Information:
