1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care hospital in Georgetown, KY, requiring 2+ years of experience and CNMT certification. Details Works in the Nuclear Medicine department of a 75-bed acute care hospital serving Scott and Franklin Counties in central Kentucky Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients Full spectrum of nuclear medicine cases with a heavy emphasis on cardiac imaging Uses GE Infinia II equipment
EMR:
MedHost with NovaRad PACS system Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM No weekend or call requirements No float requirements Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience CNMT certification required AHA certifications required Associate's Degree required Proficiency in IV placement required Strong cardiac imaging experience required Experience with Cardiac QGS/QPS preferred Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration License required if applicable Additional Information Performs a full spectrum of nuclear medicine procedures with a heavy focus on cardiac imaging Team-oriented work environment Orientation is held on Mondays Black scrubs required; Crocs/clog-style shoes are not permitted Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
