Nuclear Med Tech (PRN)

Job Summary:

This position prepares and administer radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic and tracer studies using a variety or radioisotope equipment. The applicant must demonstrate an understanding of patient positioning, imaging technique, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control, and quality control techniques. The applicant must be able to communicate to patients the nature of the exam and relieve their anxiety.

Education Required:

AAS in

Nuclear Medicine Experience Required:

1 year experience preferred Licensing, Certifications and/or

Registrations:

NMTCB or ARRT Work Location:
