Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment
Key Qualifications:
Registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB or ARRT-N) At least one year of experience in Nuclear Medicine procedures preferred Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards and image production Effective communication and patient education skills Ability to follow departmental policy for safe equipment operation
Core Responsibilities:
Arrange and prepare patients for nuclear medicine examinations Produce top-quality NM images to assist in accurate diagnosis Ensure patient safety with careful calibration and administration of radiopharmaceuticals Educate patients and their families before and after procedures Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure and maintain compliance with safety guidelines Serve as a preceptor and evaluate peer competency, under the guidance of the supervisor or manager Why take your career on the road?
