Qualifications:
Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (CNMT or ARRT-N) Current BLS certification Previous experience in imaging and nuclear medicine setting preferred Proficiency with a variety of imaging equipment and software Strong attention to safety, detail, and patient care Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and document nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging procedures safely and efficiently Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with protocols Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal imaging results Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment Uphold rigorous safety standards for patients and staff Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing questions
