Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract This opportunity invites a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist certified in CT and Nuclear Medicine to support advanced imaging services at a leading cancer care center. Working on a contract basis in Jersey City, NJ, this role requires expertise across a range of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine studies, utilizing state-of-the-art GE and Philips imaging equipment.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification in
Radiologic Technology:
R.T. ARRT
(R), or ARRT (CT), or NMTCB(CT) Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification: ARRT (N) or NMTCB Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred, including comprehensive nuclear medicine imaging procedures Current BLS certification Ability to perform EPIC electronic charting proficiently NJ state license required; candidates with pending NJ licensure will be considered Flexibility to float between the cancer center and the main hospital via pedestrian bridge as needed
Responsibilities:
Conduct nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic imaging studies with precision and adherence to safety protocols Operate GE and Philips Nuclear Medicine cameras efficiently Collaborate with medical teams to provide high-quality patient care and accurate imaging results Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using EPIC charting systems Work a 4-day, 10-hour day shift schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), including every third weekend and no on-call duties About the
