Job Description

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a specialty in Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging. The position involves working with advanced imaging equipment, including Siemens cameras for Nuclear Medicine and the Discovery ST for PET scans. This travel assignment offers an engaging 8-week duration that may be extended based on performance and mutual agreement. Location Positioned in Reno, NV, this role offers exposure to a dynamic healthcare environment within a vibrant city known for its beautiful landscapes, outdoor activities, and rich cultural scene. Responsibilities Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging procedures using Siemens and Discovery ST cameras Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic services Adhere to safety and regulatory standards related to nuclear medicine Qualifications and Desired Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging Current BLS or CPR certification ARRT certification required Proficient in operating Siemens Nuclear Medicine and Discovery ST PET cameras Strong attention to detail and patient care skills Schedule and Shift Monday through Friday, 5 days a week 8-hour shifts starting at variable times and ending by 5:30 PM This is a travel position ideal for Nuclear Medicine Technologists seeking to broaden their expertise while experiencing a new location. The assignment begins April 6 and offers a chance to work with cutting-edge imaging technology in a rewarding clinical setting.
