1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a full-service Nuclear Medicine department at a large hospital. Details Full-service Nuclear Medicine department within a large acute care hospital Patient ratio of 1:5 Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Weekends are not required but available for additional pick-up shifts Cerner EMR experience preferred Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required; 3+ years preferred Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required ARRT (Nuclear Medicine Technology) certification required Large hospital experience required Valid state license required if applicable Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible At least one completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers will not be considered Copy of Driver's License required for consideration Additional Information This is a high-volume, busy Nuclear Medicine unit Candidates who were previously employed at this facility as permanent or internal associate travelers must have been separated for at least one year before returning If end-of-year holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers may be required to work up to 2 of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) Up to 1 holiday RTO restriction applies All requested time off must be submitted upfront; RTO not listed at the time of consideration will not be approved
