PM Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment within a fast-paced cardiovascular clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have recent clinic-based nuclear medicine experience and strong skills performing nuclear stress testing and PET/CT procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures Conduct approximately: 8-10 Nuclear Stress Tests daily 5 PET/CT Stress Tests daily Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures Administer radiopharmaceuticals following physician orders and safety protocols Monitor patient condition during procedures and ensure patient comfort Accurately document imaging results and patient information Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care Maintain imaging equipment and comply with radiation safety standards Follow all facility protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and infection control procedures
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine required Active CNMT Certification required upon hire OR ARRT (N) Minimum 1 year of recent clinic experience within the last 3 years Experience in a nuclear medicine clinic setting strongly preferred Ability to independently perform daily Nuclear Medicine procedures in a high-volume clinic environment Strong communication and patient care skills
