Schedule:
Primarily Wed-Sat, full-time hours; flex with patient volume Is this you? Do you thrive in a clinical setting where precision and pace go hand-in-hand? Are you comfortable preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for PET studies? Can you educate patients, start IVs, and maintain strict ALARA and infection control standards? Are you ready to document meticulously and escalate critical findings without delay? Do you enjoy collaborating across imaging areas and supporting off-site needs? What you will do Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging procedures with consistent quality Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely Complete patient assessments, screening, IV insertion, and education Monitor patient status, respond appropriately to emergencies, and ensure safety Follow ALARA guidelines and infection control protocols rigorously Maintain imaging rooms, supplies, and radioactive material compliance standards Accurately record patient information and imaging documentation Identify and escalate urgent or critical imaging findings Support patient care within assigned areas and at off-site locations as needed What you bring Required Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field ARRT or NMTCB certification Texas Medical Board (TMB) CMRT license CPR certification 1+ year of Nuclear Medicine/PET imaging experience (Recent graduates with clinical experience may be considered) Preferred Bachelor's degree PET certification ACLS, PALS, or PEARS certifications Additional Nuclear Medicine or imaging experience Contract highlights Primary PET focus with hands-on learning Training available for positive, growth-minded technologists Virtual interviews for a streamlined process Onsite role with flexibility in response to patient volume
