How you'll contribute A Nuclear Medicine Technician who excels in this role: Administers radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures. Processes data and enhances digital images using advanced computer technology. Provides images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures. Evaluates images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation. Processes the images for radiologist review. Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we're looking for Applicants should have an associate's degree; Graduate of a Program Discipline in Nuclear Medicine Required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional requirements include:
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist by NMTCB if not grandfathered by the state Basic Life Support (BLS) Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
