Job Description

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Pine Canyon, AZ.

Number of ORs:
11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day Department description:
Description:
comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
EMR:
Cerner and SaAnesthesia Hospital bed size: 317
Case/Procedure Experience:
must have recent hospital experience.
Practice Setting:
Hospital Board Certification:
CRNA License required: AZ license required to present Certifications required:
BLS or ACLS Credentialing Timeframe:
