Monday-Thursday (Fridays rarely required) About Integrity Pain & Wellness Integrity Pain & Wellness is a privately owned interventional pain practice serving the Phoenix area with 4 locations. Over the past 10+ years, we've built a stable, high-functioning clinical environment focused on consistency, patient care, and long-term sustainability . We are not a hospital system and not a revolving-door surgery center. Our model is designed to be efficient, predictable, and well-supported for both patients and staff. The Role We are looking for a CRNA who is a strong fit for our environment and team. This position involves providing anesthesia for outpatient interventional pain procedures in a setting that is: High-volume but low acuity Structured and protocol-driven Focused on doing the basics well, every day Typical day includes 25-30 procedures such as epidurals and RFAs, using a consistent conscious sedation approach. Documentation and workflow are streamlined to allow you to stay focused on patient care.
