Local Team Collaboration:
Practice within a collaborative Care Team Model in a high-acuity clinical environment. Work alongside a team that values clinical expertise, autonomy, and teamwork. Encouraged to practice to the full scope of CRNA training and licensure. Diverse procedural exposure supporting continued clinical growth. Structured onboarding and mentorship are available to support a smooth transition into practice. Serves as a primary clinical rotation site for the University of Arizona CRNA program. Supports education, mentorship, and advancement of the CRNA profession. HRSA-approved site - eligible for HRSA loan repayment programs. Opportunity to reduce educational debt while serving a diverse patient population.
Qualifications:
Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Authorized to work in the United States. 3 years of CRNA experience with leadership experience preferred.
Scheduling:
Preferred scheduling and work-life balance. 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year. One weekend shift per month. Minimal night shifts per year. No call.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans. Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience. Living and Working in
