Inpatient All CRNA Practice Required Procedures:
Must be comfortable with General, Ortho, OBGYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C-sections), ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Health PEDS (1+yrs old-primarily ENT)
Regional Anesthesia:
B No Nerve Catheters.

B Most blocks performed (Must be comfortable with Epidurals, Spinals, US guided anesthesia).
APP Support/Supervision:
(8)
CRNAs:
B (5) in the OR.B (1) on OB float.

B (1) on secondary Call at night.

B (1) on
Night Shift Model Type:
B All CRNA practice
EMR:
Cerner Requirements:
Board Certified, Active AZ License
