Job Description

The CRNA locum tenens opportunity
Grand Rapids, MI-Duration:
January 2, 2017 and on-going (per availability•
Schedule:
Full time, varies, 80 hours per 2 weeks (negotiable per your preference and availability•
Call:
None-Patients:
10% neuro, 5 % thoracic, 15% ortho, 15% bariatric, 15% general>Pediatric not required, but preferred•Scope of cases: Spinal, Neurological, Dental, Vent management, IV regional>Preferred, but no required: Local infiltration, minor nerve block-Support staff: OR staff, RN scrub tech, anesthetist tech-
Required:
Board certification, BLS, ACLS, Michigan license
