Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly respected and collaborative pediatric anesthesia team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 100% pediatric environment while enjoying excellent professional support and an outstanding quality of life.

Practice Highlights:

100% pediatric anesthesia practice Approximately 16,000 anesthetics performed annually Wide variety of surgical cases (all service lines except burns and transplants) Medical direction model: 2:1 Broad mix of routine and complex pediatric cases Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and pediatric subspecialty surgeons Strong culture of mentorship, communication, and shared decision-making Emphasis on safety, education, and professional development

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
