Job Description

Pay is based on experience and can be negotiated Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), where you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings. As a CRNA, you will utilize your expertise in anesthesia techniques, airway management, and patient assessment to ensure optimal outcomes for patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing critical care and pain management while adhering to the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality. Your advanced skills in physiology, anatomy, and medication administration will be essential in supporting our mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive anesthesia services. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures, ensuring stable vital signs and effective pain control. Conduct thorough preoperative patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating physiological status to tailor anesthesia plans. Manage airway interventions using advanced airway management techniques to secure and maintain airway patency during procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patient responses continuously using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or other EHR platforms; document all medical interventions accurately in compliance with HIPAA and NCQA standards. Provide post-anesthesia care by assessing recovery progress, managing pain through medication administration, and ensuring patient safety during emergence from anesthesia. Maintain proficiency in pediatric, geriatric, and critical care environments by applying specialized knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to diverse patient populations. Experience Proven experience as a CRNA with a strong background in anesthesiology within hospital or ICU settings. Critical care experience is essential, demonstrating expertise in airway management, patient monitoring, and emergency response protocols. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for seamless medical documentation. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Hands-on experience with pain management techniques and medication administration tailored to individual patient needs. Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology related to anesthesia practice. Prior experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics is highly desirable. $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
